Becoming a founder was a squiggly line, but one that was always driven by purpose. The questions that shaped each stage of my career ultimately led to a challenge I realized couldn't be solved from within the roles I was holding.

I recently had the opportunity to speak with Authority Magazine about entrepreneurship, women's health, and what I've learned across research, the health industry, and building companies.

Our conversation comes back to three themes that I believe are defining the future of healthcare: women represent a powerful second - not secondary - market; innovators are reshaping the healthcare paradigm; and entrepreneurs, especially women, must understand and own the four components for sustainable business growth to drive innovation.
